Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page using your order number.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, our fulfilment team begins processing. Please contact us at hello@celestret.com as quickly as possible if you need to make changes.
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75. Express (2–3 days) and Next Day delivery are also available at checkout. International shipping is available to 42+ countries.
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express takes 2–3 days and Next Day is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday. International delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.
We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For items received damaged or incorrect, we offer free returns and an immediate replacement.
Email returns@celestret.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid returns label (for eligible returns).
Yes — all Celestret products are dermatologist-tested and approved for sensitive skin. We never use parabens, sulphates, mineral oils, or synthetic fragrances in our skincare range.
All Celestret products are 100% cruelty-free and Leaping Bunny certified. The majority of our range is vegan; any non-vegan products (containing beeswax or lanolin) are clearly labelled.
Our formulas are developed and manufactured in the UK and Italy, in ISO-certified facilities. We partner only with manufacturers who share our values on ethical sourcing and sustainability.

Store all Celestret products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Serums and vitamin C products benefit from refrigerator storage for maximum potency.
